Grilled fish and barbecue shrimp


With all the red meat in our freezer we rarely buy fish. However, fish and shrimp are great and with Thanksgiving complete and Christmas feasting upon us, we wanted to go in a different direction.

The shrimp were not cooked on the grill. Barbecue shrimp, which we get each summer during our family reunion, are always a summer hit. Winter break is also a good time to have them!

The fish were marinaded in extra virgin olive oil and Tony Chachere's Seasoning moments prior to placing on the hot grill.
