Renie and I love shirmp. We could eat shrimp for just about any meal. Our favorite way to prepare shirmp is the "Barbecue Shrimp" that has been a staple at the annual family reunion. However, I wanted to try to grill some. I found a marindae on-line and soaked them for a couple of hours. I cooked them for a couple of minutes on medium heat. They were not as good as I hoped. Anyone have ideas or suggestions on how to grill shrimp?

Eric always puts his on skewers. They get closer to the fire and get that really good grill taste all over them. Eric's shrimps are really phenomenal!
