Recently we had some new neighbors over for burgers. They were invited to come over at 5:30 and I was pushing it to make it home by 5:00 from afternoon meetings in Huntsville, AL. I arrived in time to get the grill going. Unfortunately, both neighbors prefer their burgers "well done".
