Philip, First, thanks for the rub/marinade. I have used it twice. I thought it was best on chicken. On roasting turkey, my father in law uses lemon pepper seasoning and pours a bottle of vinegar in the bottom of the roasting pan. If the grill can stay at 400-450, a 20 lb turkey will be done in 2.5 hrs. What are you planning to do?

Not sure...I love lemon pepper but the wife does not like it. A few things I have looked at called for chicken stock...will let you know.
